I had such a great experience with Jessica and her crew at Nimey’s Riverside Automotive. She’s extremely fair with pricing, super efficient, and got me in way quicker than I expected. They were able to fix multiple issues with my car so I could finally get it inspected without any stress. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but this is definitely one of them. I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. The level of service I received was truly exceptional. My car was stuck at a gas station on flat tires and I had no way to move it. Not only did they step in to help, but they went completely out of their way to pick my vehicle up for me. Within about an hour and a half, the work was already completed which in itself was incredibly impressive. What really stood out though was the care and consideration they showed throughout the entire process. Instead of making me figure out how to get my car back, they personally delivered it to me at work. No stress, no inconvenience, no hassle. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers the way they do here.
