UPDATE: 7.1.26 The business claims they contacted me to discuss further. However, that is a BLATANT lie. The only time I was contacted was a few days after I obtained my vehicle. I expressed the situation to the representative and that was the end of it. As of July 1st I have yet to hear from the GM regarding the situation. It also appears that many of the reviews on Google are fabricated. If you’re reading this, I encourage you to also look on Yelp. Original Review: Please note this is my 4th car from Yonkers Honda. Due to following experience I will NEVER lease another vehicle from Yonkers Honda. The most positive piece is that I only had to pay $62. I emailed the GM on June 10th and haven’t received a response. The story is as follows: On May 12, 2026, my 2024 Honda Accord was brought to the Yonkers Honda Service Center to address multiple dashboard warning lights. The service process lasted four weeks due to delays in paperwork submission to insurance, an initial misdiagnosis of the mechanical issue, and the time required to order a replacement part under warranty. Throughout the month-long period, communication consisted primarily of follow-up texts and phone calls initiated by me, the customer, to get status updates. Upon picking up the vehicle on June 9, the exterior was covered in bird feces, and the interior dashboard, gear shift, and side door contained dust, debris, and branches. In response to the vehicle's condition, the service advisor offered a complimentary car wash or a free oil change, both of which were declined. Tom, the service advisor, then shares with me that a raccoon was in car of a customer one time. I genuinely ask him what was he trying to accomplish by sharing that story with me. I inquire if he was seeking empathy or sympathy from me since there was not a raccoon in my car.Truthfully, I am appalled at this entire experience that I have had. It is for this entire experience that I will not be getting another vehicle from Yonkers Honda. I realize that I am one of likely thousands of customers. A big thank you to Mike B for his professionalism throughout the years. You have been great to my family, friends, and me. I am not seeking anything other than shedding light to this situation. I do not require reimbursement, apologies, a car wash, or anything of the sorts. However, I think it is important to notate that the service center has done a poor service with caring for my lease. Which other customer(s) have gone through the same thing but did not share? I’d be happy to share in more detail to any customer that wishes to know more.

I had a truly excellent experience at Yonkers Honda and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team, especially Eliones, for making the process so smooth and easy. From the start, Eliones was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciated being able to test drive the car on my own, which gave me the time and space to get a genuine feel for it without any pressure. When I decided to move forward, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I had a 2:30 appointment, arrived on time, test drove the vehicle, completed the paperwork, and was able to head home for a few hours to grab my old plates and relax for a bit. The dealership took care of the registration and plate transfer, and all I needed to do was bring the plates back and make a quick call to my insurance. It honestly couldn’t have been easier. When I returned around 5:30, the car was cleaned thoroughly and ready to go. By 6:30, I was driving home in my new car. The entire process was seamless, and far easier than I ever expected when buying a vehicle. The team at Yonkers Honda is truly there to help, and it shows in every step of the experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, stress-free car buying process.

This is at least my third review of the amazing people at Yonkers Honda, especially Michelle Rivera, my Service Manager for 21 years and two Accords. (Still on the second one, pictured.) They maintain my maintenance schedule and never oversell anything, often telling me what I don’t need when I inquire. I could write the above every day, but this week they really outdid themselves, getting me through a major repair due to heavy city use, from when my wife had spent a year in the hospital. They took care of everything and effectively gave me a brand-new car, which at 15 years old runs new and could have another 15-20 or more years to go, in part due to mileage but particularly because of their first-rate care. Yonkers Honda is family-owned and the younger generation who took it over about a couple of years ago maintains the same standards. Indeed I have met her a few times, as she personally engages with customers and and employees. Thank you again, Michelle! Kudos also to Manager RJ, other service staff Edson, John, and others, and, of course, all of their mechanics, who have unparalleled talent. Will stay with Honda whenever it is time to reluctantly get another car, notwithstanding any competitive alternatives, as for 21 years, Yonkers Honda has unfailingly delivered the best outcomes. Thank you again, Michelle and everyone!

Came in for service and ended up wanting to trade in my car. My service advisor Tom connected me with Johanna and Mike Brown at the vehicle exchange office and they made my transition into a new vehicle easy and seamless. They were in constant communication with me throughout the day and ensured all the documentation was handled and approved within hours. Johanna was very attentive and got me into the vehicle I wanted to test drive within minutes and Mike negotiated a very fair trade in offer for my 2018 civic. Overall great experience with the staff over at Yonkers Honda. I’ve been a long time customer and will continue to be.
