I can’t say enough good things about the outstanding customer care I received! They treated me like family — the shop feels more like a true Mom and Pop operation, with top-notch service and genuine concern for their customers. My car was on the verge of losing its brakes, and even though it was late in the day, they accommodated me right before closing without hesitation. That level of care and dedication is hard to come by these days. From now on, I’ll be taking my car to them for everything it needs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Meineke in Yonkers! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. Vinny, the mechanic I worked with, went above and beyond; he kept me updated every step of the way and reached out multiple times to explain exactly what was being done to my car. I really appreciated the clear communication and transparency. I would drive from where I live in CT to come back again for any future repairs! When you find a honest and good mechanics then you stick with them! The repairs on my bearings and AC were done efficiently and reliably, and I felt confident my car was in good hands the entire time. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this team definitely delivered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, professional service! A++++++

Took car in due to right side pulling and vibration. Turns out the tires were about to blow out!!! So happy I bought it for a check up. As usual a professional and great customer service.
