Had a great experience today at Keaney Auto. I took a chance after reading other reviews. My alternator broke on my 2007 Honda this past weekend. I had it towed to a local dealership, but opted to have it done at Keaney Auto instead after reading some online reviews. I'm so glad I did. Not only did I save over $300.00, I found a great garage I intend to use from now on. It was really nice speaking directly with the owner, and getting straight-forward information. They really took care of me. I highly recommend this place.

My mother was treated very unfairly by this man and his wife. They never call us to update us and tell and get nasty when we called. Bad service all around They kicked us out after many many years of coming here. Don't recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time and hard earned money. Update and response to Owner: Nothing inappropriate about calling to see what is up with a car. You both were beyond rude and had an attitude for absolutely no reason. We did nothing wrong. Your staff have no idea how to run a business if that's how you act when someone calls and then kick them out. You decided not to do the work but when we arrived you had the tires off and the car on the lift. Why would you do that if you were not going to do the job. Obviously for malicious reasons. Once again.... Highly do not recommend!
