Unfortunately, between my self and my family, we’ve had our fair share of accidents and incidents where cars required anything from minimal to near totaled repairs. Each and every time Francesco’s comes out with impeccable job- timely appointment and easy communication, notifications on the process of repairs, clear expectations on the extent and time frame of work, arrangements for rental car pick up, and, of course, at the end, a car that looks like new! My experience at Francesco’s Auto Body is definitely one to remember. Steve took a visual inspection of my vehicle and immediately purchased the parts required for repair. I’ve received my date to give my vehicle and it was all done in two days! I’m extremely pleased with this experience and my car looks and smells brand new. Unfortunately I did not have a 5 star experience at this place. I was in an accident last week. So ofcourse my first thought based was to bring my car to Francesco auto it local, convenient, and seemed professional. The first issue my car was supposed to inspected by the 3 business day as scheduled by my insurance the shop decided to reschedule being they were busy as result I didnt get my inspection until business day 8. Finally we get the inspection my car is deemed total loss due to repair cost. Let me be clear most of the damage was some body work on the left side and some mechanical due to my wheel being pushed in. They did not hesitate to take full advantage of trying to squeeze every dollar they could get where my damages are estimating at over 11,000. Most of the prices being retail price for parts ( we all know they don’t pay retail price) and almost 70 hours of labor. One being a $600 for a headlight holder. Does my headlight look damaged or misplaced to you. The pictures will be posted you make the judgement for yourself. Terrible please to do not waste your time. Now I’m fighting the best I could to dispute the total loss with the consort who adamant about getting rid of it.
