I had a great experience with this mechanic. He fixed my truck quickly and professionally, and everything is running perfect now. He took the time to explain what was wrong and didn’t try to overcharge me. Honest, reliable, and very knowledgeable.

In total this place gets 6 stars because the main mechanic Alban is a star. From diagnostics to work done and price everything is good experience. They are very professional and fast turnaround. I would highly suggest if you drive complex car or truck. They really know what they are doing.

I called ahead and stop by this morning and met El. He checked and instantly found out the problem and gave me OEM versus other option and explained the difference between the two. I waited till the afternoon and the car felt perfect. I was really happy about the way El manages the place. All his mechanics work diligently and I recommend anyone with car problems should call El and give it a shot.

Al was great—helped me with my battery issue right away and took care of everything quickly and professionally. It’s hard to find good, reliable, and trustworthy mechanics in the New York metro area, but this is truly a one-stop shop for everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend European Auto Service I went to European Auto Service for my vehicle inspection and everything was done perfectly. The service and the staff were professional, honest, and very easy to deal with. I also asked for advice about my work car because someone had suggested I replace several parts. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they were completely honest and told me there was nothing that needed to be changed unless I wanted to spend money for no reason. That kind of honesty is hard to find. The next day, I had a warning light come on in my heavy-duty truck. I brought it back and they checked it with their diagnostic computer (which I thought only a dealership could do). They found it was a misfire-related light, reset it, and the truck has been running perfectly since. They didn’t even charge me for it. Great service, knowledgeable mechanics, and very honest people. I highly recommend European Auto Service and will definitely continue using them.
