Don Glo IV Of Yonkers Service Center

My car had a “crank-no-start” issue, and after paying multiple mechanics—including two mobile ones—who told me it was electrical, one even said I’d need a full computer replacement or reprogramming at the dealership. Then I contacted Don Glow towing, and their mechanic did a quick diagnostic. Within a couple of hours, he had it fixed—no dealership needed. These mechanics are truly the best: professional, fast, and true experts. I recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you so much Mr Doug and Mr Fred !!!

I can't thank these gentlemen enough for helping me out today. I spent 5 hours alone in the Ridgehill parking garage Thursday night, 8/15. My first call to AAA was around 5. After multiple calls back and forth and even more text messages, by 8:30 PM AAA calls again to tell me they can't help me! Seriously? As a single woman, relying on AAA to help me out, they left me stranded! I had to leave my car! I called Don Glo myself this morning and Doug was very helpful. He told me what I needed to do and he told me his guy could be there within 60 minutes. His guy showed up, he actually fixed the car and towed it to my house. I can't THANK them enough for helping me today. ❤️❤️❤️

Rasheim was great. Our Accord clutch gave out in the middle of the road, we pushed it to the Mobil gas station and called one place in the Bronx who charged a steep price. Called Don-Glo and they charged half the price. Within one hour they towed the car taking care to do everything right and cautiously. Followed him to our regular mechanic, and he left us in a perfect spot. Glory to God!

Our car was towed during a snow emergency and ended up here. Their fees are ridiculous. When we arrived, the car was buried in a huge snowbank and we had to dig it out ourselves because the staff couldn’t be bothered to clear it. On top of that, the guy at the front desk is arrogant and smug. You’d think for the amount they charge they could at least show basic professionalism or minimal help. Shady vibe. Had to pay cash. Felt like a pure cash-grab operation taking advantage of people who have no choice but to deal with them. Avoid if you can.

There’s not enough amazing things to say about this place or the people that help it run efficiently! I’d recommend anyone from the area or not to come here for any vehicle maintenance or repairs. The people here know what they’re doing, know what they’re talking about and in general just give you that welcoming family feel. I’d come back just to stop in and say hello seriously! Thank you so much Don Glo for the incredible experience and hospitality.
