Cross County Car Wash & Express Lube

Extremely disappointed! Was charged $41.40 and given a receipt that says I charged $40 when sign for 1st place says $36.75 ÷tax. Then I didn't receive all the services I paid for. My car was just washed on the outside (not very good either, still had snow dirt on it), still dirty inside, light vacuum, and mats washed. No wax, shampooing carpets, tire shine, interior wipe down, fragrance, triple foam polish, undercarriage and other services listed that I paid for.

Today I visited the Cross County Car Wash and it exceeded my expectations from being greeted right away to the detailed wash (inside/out). The staff was friendly and hard working. Thank you Eric for your great energy and service. I highly recommend this establishment. You can get gas, oil change and car wash all in one stop!

Very bad experience. Before I brought my car in, I clearly asked for a full cleaning. However, the work was extremely poor and not professional at all. The worker only wiped the doors one time and did not seem to care whether the dust was actually removed or not. The cleaning was rushed, lazy, and without attention to detail. My car was not cleaned the way we agreed. When I spoke with the manager, he told me that I only paid for a service that does not include full cleaning, even though I clearly asked for a complete cleaning before they started. This is misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for real cleaning or proper customer service. The service is not worth the price.

Disappointed. I’ve been coming for years for car wash’s, oil changes etc. I even recommended this place to friends. They upped their price from twenty something dollars to forty dollars for the first place wash. Which includes the interior cleaning. Which was a big jump! However, I was just there and they barely did any kind of interior cleaning. See attached photos. Had I known for the extra $15 bucks or so, I wouldn’t have bothered. I have to do it myself now. Time to find a new car wash. Also, it wasn’t even busy. There was one car ahead of me.

I had an excellent experience at Cross County Car Wash and couldn’t be happier with the results. Both of our cars were cleaned extremely well and looked fantastic when they were finished. You can really tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. What made the experience even better was the customer service. I went twice today and the owner personally came out to thank us for choosing them, which was a great touch and truly appreciated. Great work, great service, and a business that clearly values its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.
