Costco Tire Service Center

Do not I repeat do not order tires at the store. Whatever date they promised you on the receipt is BS. Was told they were gonna be in in two days been waiting 10 days now and you can’t get your money back unless the tires come in first I was riding on a doughnut so I was forced to buy them somewhere else. And guess what? Another tire place in the area were able to get the tires the same day and I got it for $200 less. Costco’s with their tires. Don’t think you’re getting the best price go somewhere else.

Worse customer service ever. Ordered a set of 4 tires a month ago. When the tires arrived scheduled an appointment for installation before the snowstorm. I came in for the appointment the worker said they can’t locate my 4 tires. Will have to come back another appointment. I had to drive through the snow storm with worn tires, and when it’s finally time to come back the second time to install, scheduled for 4:30pm, told me I have to wait 3 hrs. Save yourself the headache, give your business to another tire shops that have better customer service and deserve that few extra dollars. And the manager was so vindictive they didn’t release my car until they are closing.

Showed up 10 minutes early for a noon appointment. Waited and was told park car anywhere in huge lot. Place was a madhouse with cars triple parked waiting for spots. Finally parked on lower level and put the hat number on car. Returned with the keys and was told you can’t park on lower level - no sign, no notice. Went back down got car , waited for parking and finally someone pulled out. Finally checked in with keys at 12:25 and was told - 1 hour to hour and a half . Checked back in at 2:05 was told 20 minutes - it’s now 2:50 - no one is at the desk and I will miss another important appointment. No explanation no apologies- and no one to even talk to. Wow - go anywhere but here.

Tire center employees are so unprofessional. There is no point on booking appointment. Booked appointments are a joke for them. I went to fix a flat tire with appointment booked for 3pm. After 2 hours waiting, they said i need a new tire as it cannot be fixed. They should've said that right away instead of holding me for 2 hours. This is ridiculous. All they try to do is to make us buy new tire instead of fixing it.

Came in for replacement tires that I purchased online. Brian was very helpful, and deserves commendation for his customer service skills. Everything seems good so far. I didn't give them 5 stars because the wait time was significantly longer than an hour and a half. This seems to be a common experience with other customers. The place was very busy, which probably contributes to the wait times being in excess of what is told to the customer. I guess I would recommend either not taking so many appointments, or increasing the number of bays/staff. I would have went into the store to shop, but because the wait time was long + unpredictable, I went elsewhere to spend the time.
