What a great father and son duo. I went there from Brooklyn to change my Subaru Forester’s transmission oil. John Jr checked my car and came back and said I didn’t need to change anything. After that I asked him how much I owed him and he said no charge. This was a very honest and pleasant experience, one you don’t encounter often.

What a great guy John is. I thought I had a transmission issue and when he came back from a 20 minute test ride he told me there was no problems. I asked him how much and he said no charge. I hope I don’t need his services in the future but if I do I’ll be right back to see him. I highly recommend Citywide Transmission so if you have any transmission issues go see John. 👍

Had my daughter’s transmission replaced and they also repaired an electrical problem that caused the transmission to fail in the first place. Good price for repair and replacement of transmission. Would highly recommend them for your transmission issues. Very satisfied customer.
