I am a 28-year-old single woman, and I recently walked out to find a scratch on my car that was clearly caused by someone else. I was already having a horrible day, and after going to three different body shops, I was quoted over $1,000 and told I would need a new paint job. When I showed up to Westchester Auto Body Collision, I expected to hear the same thing. Instead, the gentleman behind the desk came outside, took a rag and some product, and within five minutes removed the paint transfer from the other car completely. He was honest, kind, and so helpful when he easily could have taken advantage of the situation. What started as such a stressful day completely turned around because of their honesty and customer service. Absolute best auto body shop in the area. They took care of me extremely well throughout the entire process of repairing my car, and made an absolute miracle happen. My car came back brand new and they went above and beyond in the repairs. Al & Steve are the greatest! The only shop I’ve been going to for years whether it’s for routine maintenance or repairs, and that won’t change :)

11/3/2023 I just picked up my car today and it looks great! I am very happy 😊 I posted the before and after pic. Thank you Al and Steve. You do amazing work. They fixed my CTS a few years ago and did a great job. I'm back again with my car as someone clipped the back while trying to park. They are very accommodating and very nice. As soon as my car is done I'll post a 📸!
