Carlos was very professional and let me know what was wrong with my car. He fixed it in less than 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Definitely coming back in the future for car maintenance. Highly recommended !

Amazing service and easy to talk to for mechanical issues. I had an auto body issue with my front bumper, told them I would like the car by next week (only took 4-5 days to fix). Also fair prices and great honesty with customers. Also add new hood struts with no charge.

Dont waste your time doing business here. I put an order for one day, and the next day I had to cancel and they didnt want to refund me the $200 for materials and paints. Where they could easily return them, since they didnt even started the job or completed it. This is not how you do business, and I will sue you.

I am beyond disappointed with the service at C&R auto repair. I originally brought my car in for a transmission repair, paid a significant amount, and was told it was fixed. Less than 24 hours after picking it up, the car broke down again with another transmission-related failure. Because of their failure to properly diagnose or repair the vehicle the first time, I was forced to miss work and pay for a second tow truck out of my own pocket. When I brought the car back, the owner tried to charge me even more money for the new issue. When I logically pointed out that the car failed immediately after they "fixed" it, the owner’s response was unprofessional and hostile. He told me he would "charge me less" this time, but that I was "no longer allowed in his shop." If you want a mechanic who stands by their work and treats customers with respect, go elsewhere. Total lack of accountability.
