My car was there for almost 4 months. I believed Joe when he assured me he was working diligently on fixing my VW Beetle. Unfortunately my car wasn’t fixed and parts were missing. After bringing it back a second time, still nothing was fixed. Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled woman going through cancer treatment. The warranty company told me you were responsible to fix , or reimburse me. That hasn’t happened. So I dropped the warranty company too. I took it to Volkswagen shop and I was reassured the car wasn’t fixed and needed over $16, 000 to fix the issue. Due the right thing and refund me the $2,125.74. Very unprofessional for your mechanic to tell me they had the shop cat in my car, and it left paw prints and scratched up my leather seats.

I came here after the Thanksgiving holiday. I was supposed to have my car inspected last week, but we traveled to family's house. I came on a Saturday morning and although they were busy, they readily agreed to do my inspection. They have comfortable recliners to wait while they service your vehicle. They performed my service in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. Joe was very respectful & has great customer service skills. No to mention , he also has a wonderful disposition. Yonkers GEM!

they treat you right and fix your car at very fair pricing never any bs. the best most fairly priced mechanic shop in Yonkers! and they do body work too!! amazing 10/10

This was a great experience. The owners treat you like family, from the first visit. They explained everything and made sure I understood. They provide great service, and timely work. Fair and reasonable prices as well.

Came in very desperate in a snowstorm missing a side mirror on Tesla, got really quick assessment, great advice and they fixed everything pretty quickly. Great employees, great prices! Now I will only ever go to this place for all my auto repair needs, highly recommend
