Amazing experience. I needed repairs on my vehicle and they were so quick and efficient with what needed to be done. I was able to easily make an appointment, even when needing to reschedule they were very accommodating. The staff explained the whole process to me since it was my first time going through this and answered any and all questions. 10/10 recommend Caliber West Babylon!!!!

Excellent body repair and customer care. From the initial visit, everyone was pleasant, informative, and professional. We hesitated at first to go to a national brand thinking they wouldn't give us the personal care we were used to from a local shop, but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of Caliber, and how they kept us up to date with the progress of work by sending text along the way. The lifetime warranty is also a very nice added bonus you might not get elsewhere too. Oh and the most important part... They did an outstanding job on the repair. Everything came out as new! Only, slight complaint was some dust left on the seats and paint smell inside the car. Had I noticed it when we picked up the car I would have told someone. We did have one other issue with one of the window controls not working, we had to bring the car back in but, they took us right away, treated us very nicely, and it was easily fixed.

Last month, an ice cream truck clipped my bumper pulling up to a house I was parked in front of (go on - laugh it up…). The driver’s insurance gave me a few shops to select from to take my car into for repair, and I picked Caliber based on the positive reviews and photos people were nice enough to leave. I brought my car in 10/25, and was greeted by very nice staff who explained what needed to be done, read through the papers I needed to sign, and made me feel a lot better about the shitty situation. That evening I got my first status update with the cost estimate, and expected pickup date of 11/11. The shop gives text updates each Mon/Wed/Fri to let you know the status of the vehicle so there’s no confusion about what’s going on. On 11/11, I got a call from Caliber in the afternoon that my car was ready - exactly as anticipated in the original quote. I couldn’t make it there before closing that day, but I was able to come in on the 12th to retrieve my car. It’s silly but I felt star struck… I love my car a lot, and try to take good care of it so it was a real bummer to have it look all messed up, even if it was just cosmetic damage. When I pulled up to the shop, it was parked right out front with her brand new bumper shining!! ✨ Seriously, it looks better than when I bought it (ya know some minor dings from the previous owner). The inside was all cleaned up as well which I appreciate! Obviously I wouldn’t WANT to have to take my car to the shop, but if it ends up that something happens and I NEED to, I will come back to Caliber to get the repairs taken care of. Thank you for taking such nice care of my Subie!!! ✨

Best of the best! Any time I've ever needed repair, advice or just simple parts painted - the folks a Caliber know how to do it right. Very informative, they communicate well - and they couldn't be more professional. I couldn't recommend them enough!
