I had a great experience here and wanted to give a shout out to the team for the work they did on my car. They replaced my injectors, PCV valve, valve cover and gasket, installed a big bore MAF housing for my intake, and put in new spark plugs and an air filter. The car feels noticeably better and runs much smoother now. Jenn in the office was awesome! Very friendly, organized, and kept everything clear and stress free throughout the process. Joe, the technician who worked on my car, did excellent work and you can tell he really takes pride in what he does. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both professional and personable, but these guys delivered on both. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality automotive work. Thanks again!

Popped in to see if someone could reset a "maintenance required" light on my car (previous autoshop hadn't reset it when I got my oil changed)- Sam was able to come out and reset it very quickly!! Sam and the receptionist (I didn't get her name I'm so sorry) were so friendly, kind, and efficient!!!! While I miss Jerry's, service was 10/10, will come again! ☺️

A few weeks ago I hit a deer with my daughter’s car. There was a lot of damage to the front end, both passenger and driver’s sides. It was scary and stressful. Samantha, the new general manager at Carstar Spectrum Auto gave me a very detailed estimate and took a lot of the stress out of a very upsetting event.
