Service Center - Cavallaro-Neubauer Chevrolet of Wolcott

The issues with my vehicle was addressed, parts ordered and an appointment made for repairs quickly. Thank you to the Service department & Mechanics for always taking care of me, to get me back on the road safely and in a timely manner.

I bought my car here, so I decided to try out the service center instead of getting serviced in Williamson. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and they were able to do it in around an hour. The staff here are friendly and professional and they can help you with anything you need for your Chevy. I liked how clean and well run their shop was but when you're sitting there to wait it can be a bit awkward because the seating is limited and all they seem to play on their TV in their waiting room is Faux news 👎 You can't really call it a waiting room because it literally just some chairs against a wall near their customer service desk. I'd recommend drop off and pick up. Overall, my experience was good and I'd recommend people to bring their car in when it needs maintenance.

Got right in the same day. Very helpful. Flat tire fixed. No worries.
