I would like to say to moshe tunkel that the information is invalid. This was a day after opening and granted the lift wasn’t working they were very fast with trying to get it to work and the employees working did a wonderful job with communicating and they came to the bottom of the hill to carry up the tubes for us. The group of people complaining did not like the fact they had to be patient and wait their turns and follow directions. They did not force children to carry their own tubes the tubes are also not heavy to drag up the hill. I want to give the workers so much appreciation for working as a team being super friendly and keeping their composer and working as fast as possible to keep the belt moving.

Had a wonderful experience skiing here. The snow team did an incredible job grooming the mountain. No new snow recently but the conditions were really good. Lightly packed powder made for good turns. Food was delicious in the cafeteria as well as at Seasons. Highly recommend the pork birria tacos!

We stayed at the Outpost location, which is about a 5-minute drive from the main resort. We chose this option so we could still access the main property’s restaurant, spa, and gym. Unfortunately, there was a major water break the day we arrived, and all of the restaurants were closed. The following day, while I was at the gym, I used the water fountain and noticed the water was yellow. The bathroom water was also yellow, which was very concerning and felt unsanitary. Our room at the Outpost itself was fine, but nothing special. The Outpost area has very limited amenities — essentially just the rooms and a small gym. The lobby did have a cozy seating area with a nice fireplace, which was a nice touch. However, the outdoor fire pits were not in use and were covered in snow. Overall, the Outpost does not feel like a resort-style stay, and the water quality issues were unacceptable. Because of these conditions, we ended our stay a full day early and chose to go elsewhere. If you’re considering staying here, I would recommend looking for another place to stay if possible

Windham Mountain continues to be one of the best ski resorts in the region and a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to. From the moment you arrive, everything feels organized, clean, and professionally managed. Parking, ticketing, and lift operations all run smoothly, which makes a big difference on busy days. The mountain itself is beautiful, with well-groomed trails and a great variety of terrain. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or an experienced skier or snowboarder looking for more challenging runs, Windham offers something for everyone. The lifts move efficiently, and wait times are reasonable compared to many other resorts. The staff throughout the resort are friendly, helpful, and clearly focused on safety and customer experience. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the mountain and making sure guests have a positive visit. Facilities and lodges are clean and comfortable, with solid food options and places to warm up and relax between runs. Snowmaking and grooming are consistently well done, even when conditions are less than perfect. Overall, Windham Mountain delivers a high-quality, reliable ski experience every time. It’s a well-run resort that truly deserves 5 stars, and I’ll absolutely be returning again.

I think it’s a nice ski resort. Not so many decent options but if you are willing to make a trip nearby restaurants, the location is great. The ski ramps are perfect!
