Brian and Ray. Wow! Ray has been repairing my vehicles for 'bout 32 years. And Brian, was most likely brought up working on some of those vehicles. Neat, eh? And I'll go back again when the time comes. Friendly, courteous, reasonable, and communication are a few comments, I could go on, but I think I have made my point!

I have a Custom Ford transit van that was having issues accelerating. I was also getting other faulty codes coming up that even the Ford dealership where I purchased the vehicle couldn’t come to a satisfactory conclusion or repair. I tried the local repair shop which I deal with and they came upon the same thing of not resolving the issue. I heard about Brian through a close friend and I reached out to him and He was more than willing to try to resolve my issue once he had the vehicle in his possession and he did a diagnostic check that was so thorough he felt he could resolve it. He had constant contact with me over every encounter he had with the vehicle he conferred with me to make sure what was the best resolved for the vehicle. The communication was beyond what one would expect. He was so helpful explaining the situation and more in depth than everything I could ever imagine. The truck is running incredibly right now. When I went to pick it up, I met the rest of his family and the people who work at his establishment all professionals all very courteous and all very knowledgeable needless to say once I left there not only was the vehicle in the proper order, but I felt like I gained a family that’s how close they made you feel. 5 stars doesn’t do any justice for Brian or this experience. Brian, I can’t thank you enough not only did you resolve my issues but you cured my conscience and made My family and I safe again thank you and God bless you and your family as well
