Holy Cow! How can a 5 minute rinse-off of your car cost $25? Well....unless you physically "X-Out" - Cancel - the timer on this car wash sprayer.....it continues to charge you up to the maximum time and charges you $25. You could be driving down the road miles away and the car wash mechanism/timer is STILL CHARGING YOU as if you were still spraying off your car. Who the heck ever heard of such a deceptive business practice? "We will keep charging your credit card unless and until you physically go back to the control panel and select the "X-Out" button after your car is sprayed off." WHAAT? Owner says....."there's a sign that tells you to do this." Guess I missed the deceptive small print. No refund offered. My last stop at this rip-off place. Placing the spray wand back into its holder AND moving the spray selection knob to OFF..... STILL did not STOP the charges. No water/soap was 'wasted' after I did this.....the only thing wasted was my money.

I originally gave this car wash a rating of 2 as i never heard the undercarriage wash go on. The owner replied and informed me that it goes on when the side washers come on so it's hard to hear. I didn't have my radio on - thank you. So I'll assume the undercarriage was washed. The rest of my van was very clean. Thank you!

This car wash does an amazing job. The pressure the power the cleanliness of your vehicle when you go through. Spot free I recommend this car wash to everyone. Stop and try it get the deluxe. You won't be disappointed.

This is hands down the best car wash I've been to not only in New York but the country. I travel a ton and am meticulous about using car washes, so I happen to know what I am saying. My car was bone dry upon leaving and the super high-powered water jets left no soap behind on my car. Even their customer service is friendly and immediately responsive as they answered right away when I called them to commend their car wash. If you live near here (which I don't) I highly recommend it..

Your car wash is garbage half the time machines will not accept cash and not all of the functions work waste of time was a better car wash when doug had it your car wash sucks when i go there I want to use the polish and it never works in any of the bays
