Service Center - Cavallaro-Neubauer Chevrolet

i did not ask but wondered why I was not told why I did not qualify for a $40.00 credit on my oil change. also wondered why the associate did not tell me all that was done on this visit.

Nikki and her team in service, went above and beyond with my truck. The found a problem that Chevy knew about and were going to fix it but my extended warranty service I paid for was trying to get out of paying. She jumped through all the hoops that they threw at her to prove that I don’t neglect my truck. Took all the pictures they asked for and proved it over and over that it should be covered. They finally agreed. The repair was done in the time they said. The whole experience with them was phenomenal. The warranty service I paid for was not phenomenal in any way. They dragged their feet for over a month for a 3 day, $1500.00 repair. Ridiculous. Thank you Nikki, for all your help.

The service crew (Nikki, Kyle and Elliott) always give our family the white glove treatment. Kudos to all.

Two vehicles purchased in a year time frame and we recently had to have service done at the dealership. My son and I were very pleased with the service we had completed on our Trail Boss's. Repairs were quick and they showed us what they had found/repaired. Thank you Cavallaro Neubauer, we will continue to have service completed at the dealership!
