This is by far the worst place I've ever gone for mower and snowblower service. First time there, I waited 5 agonizing weeks for simple, push-mower service - oil change, sharpen blade. Second time there... drum roll.. I waited 2 1/2 MONTHS for general snow blower service; oil/plug change, check belts, etc. Finally got it back days before our first measurable snow. Even then, when they finally called to say it was ready, they brought out an old, rusted piece of junk snowblower that wasn't mine and tried to hand me a $215 bill. They found my snowblower the next day... Terrible experience. Would never go back.

Purchased a LS subcompact tractor from them. It was a pleasant experience with all my questions answered. Look forward to doing business with them moving forward.

Brought my zero turn to them took them a week an a half just for them to look at for 2 hrs yesterday an then calls me up an charges me $215.00 just to change a spark plug. Won't bring my mower back to these ppl ever again and we won't even talk about how last yr during winter storm brought them snow blower took them a month to fix and then charged a 167.29 for them to put spring on . So if u take urowrrs or snow blowers there plan to not have them fixed for a month then have them over charge u and pray that if u mow others lawn or snow blow others well don't plan on getting it done u will lose out on money but Paige's will want to overcharge u

I bought a LS tractor from the old owners and never had a problem having issues fixed! I had to bring the same tractor back 3 separate to this new owner and was told there was nothing wrong with my tractor except I kept it 4 wheel drive! I brought my push mower and salamander to them to be fixed as well and both never worked after! I brought all 3 pieces of equipment to Great Lakes right down 104 and had all issues taken care of! I had to pay twice but now I know where to not take my equipment in the future! It definitely isn't Paige Equipment! Take my word for it! I wish I could give ZERO stars! I paid a lot of money to people who don't seem to know what they are doing! Stay away!

2 months later. Parts are on back order, then it will be done tomorrow still not done. We found this needs to be replaced. Still not done. O cant for get i cant find paperwork will have to call you back.Vary poor customer service skills, vary poor communication skills, vary unorganized, everything sites out side well it is in line to get worked on. But you go pick up a new mower first thing they tell you is. if it's staying outside cover it or put it in a shed. I would give it a 0 if I could.
