Aubuchon Ace Hardware

This store has everything you need. The staff was extremely helpful too. I needed to fix a broken latch on my microwave and did not have the tools to fix it. William graciously offered to help me out and saved me from having to buy a new drill. Five Stars.

I visited Aubuchon in Lake Placid on Saturday, Feb 28. Sean Orman helped me with 2 separate needs I had. He listened, responded quickly and efficiently, stayed on it when you didn't have the exact replacement and made this customer experience the best I have ever had here. Not that other experiences were not really good, this was exceptional. First time I've encountered Sean. He should be commended and given the opportunity to grow within organization. Well done Sean! FYI. I have never taken the time to do this type of feedback before

Paul and Sean, the paint specialist's, in the Lake Placid store have been nothing but helpful and go above and beyond when necessary. For any reason we have needed while shopping at Aubuchon Ace Hardware. Paul has also communicated to us when necassary while we are not physically standing in the store and that has been very much appreciated on our end.

William helped us locate all the supplies we needed for staining and polyurethaning. He was so helpful and patient. We give Aubuchon Ace Hardware in Lake Placid a 5/5 !
