All I can say is customer service is everything. Recently the face of this company changed from Kelly, to Amy. Under Kelly this place was phenomenal to deal with. Regretfully nothing lasts forever. This new lady has a really bad attitude and is hard to deal with. Just trying to get simple things done like oil changes or brakes is now met with an anxiety ridden woman who is obviously in over her head and utterly downright rude. I wish this place luck but you have lost this family as customers. I will leave my prior reviews in place because you guys absolutely earned them. But, due to Amy today you also earned this one. Sometimes things don’t always work out the way we want them to. Life happens! How you respond with customer service is huge. Today was a huge fail for kings auto. I wish you guys the best but you need to fix the person representing the face of your business or this will just get worse over time.

By far one of the absolute best mechanics in our region. My entire family now goes to these guys for everything and my business vehicles are serviced here as well. They have been our mechanics for several years now and never have i had to question their integrity and honesty. Their work is fast and reliable. Kings is definitely an accurate description because they truly are kings of auto repair! Kelly who runs the counter is an extremely nice and genuine person. Her customer service is top notch. If you are looking for fair honest mechanics then you need NOT look any further. I absolutely love this place.

Made up reasons to fail my car for inspection. Tried charging hundreds to fix something that isn't wrong.

brought my 90 Chevy there to get serviced. Charged me stupid price, and my radio antenna disappeared. They claim they hadn't seen it. Give your local shop a chance. Not anymore.. Robbers...
