Switched mechanics after almost 20 years at the same place. Very easy to schedule drop off and service. Very communicative with what needed to be done with the issue. The towing is also very prompt, professional, and they take care of the vehicle very well.

This is my second visit to Steve's Automotive. This was for a tire (new tire)price and work was fair and work was fast. I won't go anywhere else for any of my auto repairs.

If you live in or around Niagara Falls, go nowhere else! Steve and his team do a wonderful job of simply getting the job done right and in an efficient manner. They’ve never tried to oversell me on something I didn’t need and they do business with a high level of integrity. From oil changes to more advanced repairs, the work has been consistently great.

Don’t go here, the labor rate is terrible and they have half dead people working on your car that thinks they know what there doing but just wastes your time and money. They will let your car sit just to run the rate up , DONT GO‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Steve saved our vacation!!! Helped us quickly and professionally when we were in need. 3 states away from home and needed break work. We are so grateful and will never forget his kindness.
