Excellent service and communication. They called with a detailed description of the cars issues, recommended work, and approval for repairs. The quote was accurate, repairs were made timely, prices very fair, and they were very accommodating for drop off and pick up. The car runs perfectly again. I will absolutely return for my vehicles needs!

Very good people to buy a car from , I got a pickup with a plow out of state sold by them . It drove great and looking foward to years of using it .
View on GoogleGreat place, super friendly, and affordable pricing. I got a flat tire on the interstate, called them just before they opened, and they were able to look at the tire, unfortunately there was no way to repair it, so they got me setup with a used tire which allowed me to get on my roadtrip from California to Vermont. Highly recommend this place, wished I lived near this shop!
View on GoogleYou won't find a more honest garage for getting repairs done. Friendly service, and they get the work done within the time frame they give you. They will call you before doing anything outside of what you asked to have done. Very good pricing for the work they do.
View on GoogleI went to Rj Auto to purchase a car I had to leave the car there for several days because my daughter was away so she wasn’t able to bring me to come pick up the car until she returned. Upon picking up the car during the drive back to my home there was immediately an issue which was not actually evident when a test drive was performed meaning that mechanics must have done something to the car so that it wouldn’t be noticed when driving around the car initially for the 20 minutes before the purchase. When driving the car home immediately within the first 15-20 minutes, the car began to make noises and shake enroute that I had to stop by a mechanic that I knew to question the loud noises that were coming from the engine area. The mechanic stated that there was an issue with the power steering and filled up the reservoir with power steering with fluid and immediately the power steering fluid started to leak out of the power steering hose line area. He stated that he wasn’t able to see the car I would have to make an appointment several days later I taken the car and left it with him in which then he had diagnosed that two power steering lines had issues going away from the power steering and the return line also noticing the back portion of the line was filled with a brown liquid which he believed that possibly there would be an issue with the engine. I contacted Rj Auto to bring the car back in so they could repair the issue. After Jordan brought the car in and diagnosed the problem he said that it wasn’t two (2) hoses. It was only one that had an issue, and it was the one to the power steering not going away from the power steering and he replaced the hose. The following week I had to return because there seem to be water from underneath the car constantly happened even though the air conditioner wasn’t on and the car always seemed to be running hot regardless if it was a hot day or a cold day there was constantly water on the floor underneath the car which they had stated that it was condensation, not to worry about it that that was actually the first time that I’ve ever heard of that car constantly having water underneath. The following week I had to contact them again because then there was another issue with the power steering. They asked me to bring the car in so they could car again diagnosing that power steering pump was bad and that they would have to order the part and then schedule me for an appointment to bring the car in to be repaired. They stated that the power steering pump was replaced with a brand new one and there should no longer be an issue. The following week to check engine light goes on. I go back to Rj Auto and unknowingly shut off the car in which the check engine light goes off. Jordan said that they attempted to stated it was just an issue with it being dirty around the gas cap explained to them that the car was running funny and seem to backfire as if air or some sort of issue like that was going on where it would just jerk move and random moment, and Jordan stated that he didn’t see any of that check engine light was no longer on so couldn’t diagnose a problem. I ended up going to my own mechanics as well to diagnose the issue document the issue along with an estimate diagnosing what was actually wrong with the car and then bring it back to them. I have heard several mechanics that have stated that you have taken shortcuts in making the repairs including the back cooling system being detached completely so that it’s not able to cool the return line and when I confronted you with this information. What is confusing to me is how this car passed inspection and yet right from the beginning. It couldn’t even hold the power steering fluid from the first day which means you falsely put an inspection sticker on the car. I’ve taken it to two other mechanics, one of them has stated that the hoses were put on incorrectly, and the second has stated that the cooling line was disconnected from the other line meaning that it was never cooling down properly and it was bypassed from the beginning
