TJ made me cry because he was just way too awesome. They are good to people there. I really don't know what else to say. I was so stressed after being rear-ended because my car started doing this weird pulsing thing with the breaks. And that was especially hard for me because I have severe PTSD from a car accident long ago on black ice -where my breaks pumping to try to stop the car and I ended up with severe brain damage. TJ was SO understanding even though the issue with my breaks now is no saftey risk at all. He was thorough with my vehicle and careful with me. And I don't know if he did anything to make my brakes issue go away. He didn't say he did. But since I picked it up. My brakes haven't been pulsing. He really was a blessing on a really bad day and really made me feel so much trust and safety.

I was a loyal customer for the last couple years and never had an issue with them until this week. Took my car in for an exhaust issue. Nancy told me they’d repair the flange. Got it back later that day and realized I paid almost $200 for a total hack job. Talked to Nancy the next day and brought my car back in seeing if we could work something out because I was not gonna pay $200 for that. Nancy and her mechanic got nasty with me almost immediately about it after I told them it was a lazy repair. Saying things like “well most people don’t look under their cars” and “well is it quiet?” The amount of pride they took in their hackjob repair was insane. Thankfully they gave me a full refund, but I will not be coming back for anything else ever, to say the least.

Awesome staff and service from quick oil changes to major repairs these folks are my go to. The sense of family and commitment to great service show in everything they do. Got me in for some winter tires for both of my vans on short notice . Keeping me safe on the road. Excellent prices on the tires and service.

Bought a new car from TJ. Everything went super smoothly and TJ did everything he could to ensure the sale went down smoothly and quickly. Definitely recommend for mechanical work as well.
