Found this place about a year ago on a quick google search when I needed a new muffler for a 2012 Subaru. Every other place I called told me it would be at least 2-3 weeks, but he got me right in. Charlie and Rosemary are two of the nicest and most honest people you’ll meet. Not only did he charge me a fair price for the muffler, but he diagnosed the full car, letting me know the brakes and control arms would need service relatively soon. Even though he recommended the work, there was no pressure to get it done. As I was due for my inspection, I brought to Charlie and he throughly performed inspection. Knowing I had work that needed to be done, he and Rosemary treated my car and my budget like it was their own. Found the best prices for parts and didn’t replace things that didn’t need replacing! Left there happy and now have a vehicle that is safe and reliable for the next few years. Great service and great people!

I needed photos of my car taken for my insurance. Charlie was very helpful and kind, and Rosemary was just as helpful and kind. They got everything done in a timely manner, explaining everything. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Charlie and Rosemary are great people. I was early they got me in and out in minutes. Charlie actually set with me and we had a great conversation. I never knew this shop was here if I would have known a while ago, I would have been a long time customer. If I need anything done with my vehicle I will be coming back. If you are looking to get your car actually worked on. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Every 5 star review is for people getting insurance photos. Not actual labor. Dropped car off Friday night as they were Saturday. And I was the only car there. Needed an alternator. Battery. And front brakes done. On a 2011 Chevy. I didn’t get the car back until Tuesday after work. He charged me $860!!!! In LABOR to change the alternator, while purchasing a $500 alternator. This is before the brakes, and other miscellaneous little things he said I needed. Brakes still don’t sound and feel great. Would have never paid this much if I knew this is what he was charging. Bad experience. Very nice people. VERY nice. Just wouldn’t take my Car there again.
