Mike is excellent to work with. I do some light work on my vehicles and he has been very patient working with me and explaining what I might or might not be able to do on my own. Patrick has also been great to work with and communication in general has been excellent. The technicians seem great as well. They correctly and thoroughly diagnosed a fuel injector problem. I always get a detailed report with pictures of what is being done. Prices are also fair. I hope to keep my cars going for a very long time and I trust Scott's to make that happen!

I brought my car here for the first time with what seemed like a major issue. Mike and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining each step and really made an effort to help with repairs to my car. I felt they were very professional and courteous to my situation and went above and beyond my expectations. I am super relieved and happy to have my car back and would recommend these guys 10/10 times. Great work!

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Scott’s. I have had several different services performed on different vehicles and the quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. They also explain things, go above and beyond and are very reasonably priced. I had a recent experience bringing my vehicle in for a tire leaking pressure slowly, and during the repair a sidewall of my tire was punctured. They owned up to the issue immediately and wanted to make it right. They ended up replacing my entire set of tires as my vehicle is all wheel drive and the tread was too low to replace just one. I offered to help pay for the new tires and they refused. Excellent customer service and care and going way above and beyond…thank you to the entire team at Scotts!

I had a great vibe from this place from the initial phone call with Patrick to make an appointment for an inspection. The staff is amazing and I am definitely a new customer! Best place i have ever taken my vehicle!!!

I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go when I had an issue with leaking radiator fluid from my truck and also needing an oil change. After a quick google search I found Scott’s of West Seneca and couldn’t be happier with the timeliness, professionalism and honesty that they showed me. I also got a great price on the work they did. Very thorough explaining what needed to be done and never tried to oversell or tell me something else needed to be worked on. I’ll definitely be going back when I have car or truck issues.
