What a great Pep Boys!!! Came in with what I thought was an alignment issue...that it was not. Their guy Craig let me know what was really up with it. He was 100% right too!!! I will also 100% be using this same location again for any of my needs!!! Highly recommend them!!!

I get very nervous with mechanics working on my car because my dad used to do it and then my ex-husband so now I need to find people that I can trust and know their trade! Chris the mechanic makes me feel incredibly confident Because he is super knowledgeable in what he does and he really enjoys it, it seems! View on GoogleCame in at my appointment time of 10am, was immediately told “it’s gonna be a awhile-at least a few hours there’s 5 cars ahead of you” then they told me my brakes and pads were fine but i needed a caliper service (my pads are squeaking and the breaks literally pop when coming to a stop). I was told it may be the suspension and it needed an alignment (which gave my car a hard left pull when it drove straight before) and the caliper serviced for the pop. Neither of the services fixed my problem and now I’m having brake fade/warping after the caliper service 3 days ago.
View on GoogleThis place is one my husband was going to perform his technomechanics they checked the car and told us that they had to make a separation of $400 and everything would be fine, when authorizing the arrangements he picked up the car again, they charged for the work and indicated that the car did not pass the technomechanics for another problem and they always delivered the car without any solution.
View on Googlequoted me $1000 for a service that only ended up costing me $300-400 had a different mechanic (i called around and no one asked for more than 600). workers here need to get better at handling situations especially when there are clear issues because one day someone is gonna flip out on them. some of the employees were helpful while the others were typical mansplaining mechanics. please go elsewhere for services. i was charged $30 to replace a lightbulb i brought in myself plus charged a fee for an inspection that didnt even pass. so i spent $55 on a lightbulb bulb change and a failed inspection. i was able to go elsewhere and get everything handled but i basically wasted $55 that i couldn’t afford to waste.
