Noticed a “ new” noise coming from the rear driver side of my 2020 Honda and took a chance to see if I could schedule service. Was pleasantly surprised to find it could be looked at and taken care of the next day. Dropped my car off that night and by 8:30am the day of my appointment, my car was repaired! Not the first time I’ve used Park Ridge Auto and it won’t be the last. Friendly, reliable service at a reasonable price!

We recently moved to West Seneca, NY and looking for a good, reliable auto shop to carry out our car maintenance and repairs. Found Park Ridge Auto Care at 1740, Union Road, West Seneca NY. When we called to schedule our first appointment, it was super easy. We received professional support from service advisor Tia Macqueen. She listened to us carefully and took notes of our concerns and advised us next course of actions. Also they arranged for shuttle to our home right away. To our surprise it was Ann Felser, who is part owner, even though in her busy schedule, she dropped us home. Once the general maintenance and required repairs completed, they even dropped our car to our home with detailed report mentioning all the work done and recommended future maintenance schedule. It was a great experience. Thank you.

This was the best car repair experience I've had in a long time. I dropped off my car Weds with a radiator issue and they had it fixed, inspected and ready to roll before lunch on Thursday. I'll absolutely be going here for future work and recommending to friends & family. Thanks!

Been going here since 2011 for repairs on my old 2007 Dodge Nitro. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Thanks to there great work keeping my truck going has over 121k miles and still runs very well.
