Kling Brothers Auto Service and Collision Repair

Kling is a great place to go for basic maintenance jobs to full collision work. I’ve had three instances of body work (one being major) that needed to be done, and they did a fantastic job. Very good rates. I’ve had oil changes and NYS inspections done there as well. Never a problem. Also, Kling is one of the most honest shops around. That goes a long way. Complete trust in their assessments. Highly recommend.

Rotors, pads, struts front and back. I appreciated that they worked with me in getting exactly the parts I wanted. Great work at a fair price. Definitely would go there again if I wasn't moving to Tennessee.

I was a first time customer looking for a place to install a new battery. I had previously purchased a battery from Advanced Auto Parts but they said they wouldn’t install it. So after two days I went to Kling Brothers. I was a walk in around noon on a Thursday. I spoke to Cody and he was more than helpful to accommodate me and answer all my questions. He was able to fit me in on his tight schedule which I didn’t expect. I was unavailable at the time but he said if I came back around 2 it would be done that day. When I arrived to pick up my car, he welcomed my dog in the shop while we settled on a great price! It wasn’t before I drove away that I noticed they even filled my tires with air! I appreciate the customer service and doing the little things right! Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Marty and all the staff at Kling Brothers are experienced, friendly and very responsive. I took my car there for collision repair and also had them align the car while they had it. They were excellent in working with the insurance company for the collision repairs and made it very easy for me. All the work done on my vehicle was excellent quality.
