Took my car here for a basic brake job rotors and pads and supplied my own parts. Got a call a couple hours later saying that the lug nut wouldn’t come off the one wheel and they had to brake a stud to get the wheel off(not calling to confirm to do it) and now to replace the stud it would need a whole new wheel bearing that would cost me $600 because they couldn’t find a stud that would fit. So i told them to just do the rotors and pads and i’d figure out the stud later. Then i go into pay for the brakes and they added an extra $130 for braking the stud out which i didnt confirm them doing, then when i disputed it with the owner he told me not to bring my car back there….

Took our car there for some collision repair. I was given a reasonable quote and they explained how they were going to fix it. When I was ready two weeks later, I called and they scheduled me in the same week and was told it was a 3 day repair. 3 days later, they called and said the car was done. The cost was exactly what they estimated, and done when they said it would be done, and looks fantastic! They did what they said they would do. Thanks Dave, a job well done.

I have been a very satisfied customer of K&H Auto Repair for over 15 years. I first met them at their location in Tonawanda and was thankful when they moved to West Seneca because I live in Lancaster.
