First off my communication with Chris was excellent. He was honest and upfront about the fact it may take a day or so to get to my car. The next day I had been informed I was good to go. I not only communicated with Chris but technicians Dan and Bill. I was very satisfied with the fix done on my problem, my vehicle was actually finished far sooner than I expected. I have dealt with Goodyear and Chris on previous occasions, I always recommend it’s service to others.

I've been bringing all of my cars here for the past 18 years since I moved to West Seneca. Over the past few years I've noticed that they've been geared more towards making money. Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change to find out that I needed new tires and back brakes. They didn't consult me on the parts and just picked the most expensive ones. $400 for brake pads? Did the rotors really need to be changed? For everything was $1500. I'd appreciate them asking about parts more. Not like they wouldn't charge labor if I wanted them to swap out stuff they've already done for a cheaper option.

Went to this location to get my air conditioning fixed. Bill was working the counter, he was nice and informative. The prices are cheap and the service is fast. This is the only Goodyear I will go to from now on, this store is the only place I can go to for adequate service at an affordable price. The General manager, Chris is clearly doing something right. Now my AC is fixed and I'll be cool as a cucumber all summer long.
