Dropped off truck on Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning 8 am appointment. No calls. I called on Thursday at 3 . They put me on hold and then came back with a huge price. Told them too much. Picked up the vehicle Thursday afternoon. Got home and luckily popped the hood to check my coolant. Engine cover was not put back properly and there was a rag on the inside top bumper left by radiator. Disappointed.

I wanted to take a moment and convey my sincere gratitude to Pat and his entire team ! I took my daughters car in and what we thought was a routine repair turned into so much more. Pat communicated very well throughout the entire process and provided updates and thorough explanations. Because of himself and his teams relentless hard work and perseverance through a very difficult repair my daughter has her car running and can get to work and earn a living! They went over and above for us and we are truly grateful ! I cannot speak more highly of this dedicated group of professionals, from the service advisor ( shout out to Conrad) the technicians and the ownership! Whether its routine maintenance or as in my case a complicated repair these are the trusted professionals that will get the job done ,treat you with respect and will earn your loyalty and you won’t want to go anywhere ever again! I highly recommend them please give them the opportunity to earn your business!

They squeezed me in between appointments and I am grateful they had the time to make this work. The mechanics and staff are always very helpful and explained everything that was being performed. Definitely will be coming back if I have any other issues.

I stopped in by Don and Jims Auto Service East to get a price quote. I need rear brake pads on my pickup truck. I was also going to inquire about a vehicle that they were selling. When I walked in to the service office and stepped up to the counter, I received a very un-welcomed "Sup" . I guess that I am still a from a older time where you get a proper greeting. The gentleman was totally rude. He just gave me the impression that he could careless about getting new business from me. Which is sad because I live just a few blocks away! He did give me a quote $540 to change the rear brake pads. At this point I really know that he didn't want my business. Why else would he give me such a high quote? So I walked out and went to another business in West Seneca. The company did for $178.00 tax included. I can not make a comment on their work because I didn't have in done. I will say this, If you are going to give such a high quote for a simple job and you are located in a working men's neighborhood , You customer service and sales pitch should be top notch!
