I want to take a moment to recognize Pat and his transmission shop on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca., Continental transmission. I own Adam’s Towing and Recovery, so I’m around vehicles and repair shops every day. Because of that, I know how rare it is to find someone who is not only skilled, but also honest and dependable. My truck needed transmission work at a time when I really couldn’t afford to have it down. Pat stepped in, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got the repair done exactly when he promised. And did not take advantage of me in my time of need ,That kind of reliability means everything when your vehicle is part of your livelihood. The work was done right, the truck runs great, and the entire experience was professional from start to finish. Absolutely amazing service! Everyone was so helpful and nice. They recently completed a major repair on my car, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Continental Transmission in West Seneca is beyond amazing. My aging Subaru Forester was in need of transmission work. Before contacting the dealer which never allows direct access to even a service advisor, I opted to call Continental. It was a Monday afternoon and I was told I could bring it in for a FREE diagnosis that same afternoon. I was greeted with polite enthusiasm and was offered a bottle of water and directed to the waiting room. The waiting room was amazing equipped with a nice TV comfortable seating, amazing reading material, and a restored 1958 Thunderbird. I enjoyed reading a book on the Blizzard of 77 until the diagnosis and estimate was complete. I opted to have them do the work with Subaru parts and left them the car and was given a ride home to Wales NY. By Tuesday afternoon the work was complete and they sent a very personable driver Morgan to pick me up. I couldn’t be happier with the speed, quality and professionalism of the experience, and the price was outstanding as well. Kudos to Hunter the service advisor who handled the transaction. I will continue to use them for routine service.

I cannot say enough good things about Continental Transmission. If I could give them ten stars I would. I actually broke down about 20 feet from their shop while on my way there, and they immediately stepped in, had my vehicle towed, and had me back on the road within just a few hours. The efficiency and service were unbelievable. About two years ago they replaced my transmission and torque converter. Unfortunately, the torque converter ended up being faulty and caused damage to my transmission. What impressed me most is that they completely stood behind their work and honored their warranty without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer service is rare to find these days. They were professional, honest, responsive, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. I am beyond grateful for the care and support they provided. If you’re having transmission issues, there is absolutely no better place around. I highly recommend Continental Transmission. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you again!

These guys were referred to me by a friend after I had been robbed blind by two other places. I was in such a bind, they went and picked up my car from the second location that robbed me blind, they had the transmission completely redone in one day This is quite an operation its actually unbelievable. I can’t say enough about them, they are very understanding that it’s a very trying time when your car will not move unexpectedly. Patrick was amazing. He updated me all the time. Hunter was also wonderful. They’re all amazing and kind even over the phone. Love this place highly recommend to everybody
