Everything was perfect! The whole process was extremely smooth and convenient and my car looked amazing after the work was done. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who worked on the car but he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. To my surprise, the interior of my car was detailed as well, I did not expect that but definitely appreciated it. If I ever need help again with a vehicle I will absolutely come back without a doubt! Deer 1 - Car 0 Carstar to the rescue I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR West Seneca after my 2021 Mazda3 hatchback was damaged by a deer in May 2025. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated via text throughout the repair process, so I always knew the status of my car. The quality of the bodywork was impeccable, restoring my vehicle to like-new condition. They even went above and beyond by removing some scuff marks on my trunk hatch that weren’t part of the original claim, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their professional and thorough service!

Brandy and the team were great! took a while for my car to be repaired - it was down to the wire, but I received the call from Brandy around 4:30 (just before closing) that my car was ready for pick up - I was anxiously waiting for my car after 2 weeks, and was super pumped I didn't have to wait through the weekend to get it! they also cleaned the interior and my car looks almost new! thank you Brandy, and the rest of the team!

Completed the repairs much faster than I thought possible and detailed my vehicle inside and out. My vehicle looked brand new. I was very, very pleased with CARSTAR of West Seneca. The bldg is very nice, clean and modern. Staff are also very professional and kind.
