They made it SUPER easy! Arranging my rental pickup and dropoff. Even picking up my car was easy and it looked amazing! They even detailed it! Very happy with the service Emma provided over the phone and Mike who coordinated my repairs.

I took my car there after I was rear ended. For the most part everything went great. There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.

Outstanding service. Handling car repairs is stressful enough — doing it remotely from NYC while my teenage daughter’s car was in Buffalo made it even tougher. This shop was incredible from start to finish. Great communication, beautiful work, and they even washed the car. Highly recommend.

They were on schedule and did an excellent job. Their quote was very close to the actual cost of repairs despite finding a few extra small problems after disassembling the damaged area of the vehicle. We have used them before and will again if necessary and would recommend them to others. Now if I can just keep the deer from running into me and the wife's cars everything will be great!

I took my car into Northeast Collision after striking a deer. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful!!! Brandi, who took care of me when I first arrived for the estimate was professional, courteous and just a nice person. During the entire process, I was kept up to date and informed of the progress. When I picked up my vehicle, it was perfect!! They even cleaned the entire inside of My car including the floor mats! What a great business with great employees!!! Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and polite as well as extremely professional. I would highly recommend Northeast Collision if you need and kind of collision work or body repair.
