I brought my car in November of '25 with a check engine light and a stalling/engine chugging issue. After a couple months I got my car back with the same issue, so I brought it back. Months later I got my car back, again with the same issue. They claim to have fully flushed my engine coolant, oil, and transmission, while adding new transmission lines and some other new parts. I can't see any sign that I have anything new in my car and my coolant holding tank still looked dirty, and still haven't received a paper invoice/receipt/work order. I have been asking for months. The worst part is that my main issue, the chugging and stalling, was not remedied after months and $1400. I ended up fixing that issue myself for $20 and 30 minutes of my own time after a quick Google search to find it was a vapor purge canister. From my experience I feel like this shop is a scam that hides behind the face an honest working man. My vehicle might actually be worse since being at this shop, and until I have a satisfactory resolution to my lack of receipt for what appears to be zero work, I will urge anyone I know to bring their service to any other shop.
