Cadet automotive sets the standard for customer service - from the front office to the mechanics - welcoming, great communication, fair prices and fantastic work. Been to a lot of repair shops - the diagnosis and texting system are top notch. And the small extra touches are noticed and appreciated. Car was serviced efficiently and drives smooth. Will do business with them again. And I am picky!

With today's vehicles being as expensive as ever, we as consumers are trying our best to stretch our current vehicles as much as possible. Here at Cadet Automotive, they completely understand and are here to help you do just that. Brought my wife's car in for a starting issue - John was quick to diagnosis the issue and replace what was needed. Between John running the show on the repair side of things, while also taking the time to explain things in a way that everyone can understand and Jenny making sure folks are comfortable and well taken care of while they wait for repairs.. I could not recommend a better group of people to bring your car to for service. Of Note: I had planned on running to the gas station to put some air in the tires when I left, but I noticed that they even took the time to do that for me, which I didn't even ask for.. Wish I could leave MORE than 5 stars! Will not bring my wife's Chevy Equinox anywhere else.

Cadet Automotive is a great place to bring your vehicle(s) for very reasonable prices and you are by Jennifer who is very friendly and helpful. The owner John is very friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy as is Kevin who is very polished in his field. I highly recommend making this your regular go to shop!

I'm so happy to have found this family run business! My car will be happy too as we will be back! You are in good hands and feel welcome when you bring your car in to Cadet Auto. John and Jenny are customer focused which is hard to find now-a-days and the office is adorable. It is a nice place to wait if needed, although I don't think I was there more than 45 mins for an inspection and oil change. Hopefully the car runs good for a bit but when she doesn't, I know where to go!
