My car died in a residential neighborhood, I have a low clearance car, a little sporty sedan. My estimate was almost two hours from my insurance company for assistance. I called Terenzi’s and they were there to pick me up in less than half an hour. My vehicle nightmares have only began, but they didn’t start with my tow. I won’t mention the driver by name for their privacy, but they kept it calm, helped me understand and estimate what was up with my car, and gave me some suggestions as to where to go for service. They came in clutch for me, they’ll do the same for you.

I had a really positive experience with this tow service. Alex was prompt, professional, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure I got to my destination safely. I especially appreciated how calm and respectful he was, which helped put me at ease during the whole experience. I would definitely recommend his services to others who need reliable and supportive roadside assistance.

Alex was AWESOME! My very low to the ground Camaro was stuck on a snowy and icy incline, with the entire right side completely in the snow. There was at least 9” of snow. Alex came up with a genius way to SAFELY pull my car out at an angle to prevent damage, also getting on the snowy ground on his back in -15deg windy temperatures, in order to place the hooks in the most stable and also safest area, in order to not damage my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alex, as well as Terenzi’s auto body!! My car is now out and in perfect condition!

This was for a toe.Alex came through in a timely manner. He did a great job pulling me out of the ditch,very professional. And he made sure that my car was capable of making it home.
