Three C's Sales

Sold me a 2012 Mini Cooper S All4 Countryman. Car ran fine initially but started showing issues with cooling. Coolant level kept dropping. Coolant then started overheating and spraying all over engine. Later had to replace the engine because i found out one of the cylinders had a hole in it. Later the car's electricals shut down, stranding me. $12k down the dump.

Saw damage upon pickup and they refused to reimburse me in any way. Getting police involved. Had to chase around the owner for over a week to get an appointment to begin with and he was disrespectful on the phone even before the issue with the car. Wildly enough, when I asked about him in person after the detail, the girl at the counter told me that they dated and apparently he broke up with her right after her mom died. Everything about this place sucks, from price, respect, turn-around time (did I mention I had to wait a month for an appointment after chasing this guy around for one for a week on the phone?) to the way that the car was detailed. Still have dust everywhere and interior was wet still when returned. I was nice from the get-go despite all of this and the owner has just continued to make things worse at every turn, don't go here if you value your property or yourself.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I bought a vehicle from here and within 2 days the check engine light came on for emissions and ABS speed sensor. He said he would do a smog test and fix the sensor and change the gas cap as the gas cap was most likely the issue. The gas cap was never replaced. He erased the codes at that time and within a week it came on again. This time he actually replaced the cap. The car bogged down on the way back from getting the cap replaced and stalled out. He said he would check it out, but all he did was drive it for about 50mi and clear the codes. Nothing was actually done. Once again the check engine light came on and we had a diagnostic done which showed the same small emissions leak and the right rear ABS speed sensor. The car is still within the 1k mi/60 day warranty (I have only put 500mi on it and bought it mid November), but I would rather pay a real mechanic to do the job and get it done right than to continue to waste my time with his dealership and the continued frustration, side-stepping of issues, and now the ignoring of messages. I'm sure if you finance through him he'd make sure the vehicle is good, but if you buy it outright, don't waste your time- take it to a real mechanic that will actually fix the issue not just erase the codes. Update: Phil said he would reimburse me for the amount I paid another shop to fix the issue his dealership failed to while under warranty. Provided receipt showing cost and mileage. He is decieving and used the "check is in the mail" which of course it never was.

Had been looking for a car for months. FB marketplace, word of mouth, anything worth the money and value I was willing to put in. Have always kept an eye on Three C's lot as he always has pretty nice looking used cars out there. Lo and behold something came on in my price range and needs and 2 hrs later it was sitting in my driveway. Good staff and easy transaction. Even came with a warranty. Couldn't be happier. Would certainly go there again when looking for another car.
