This shop and service reminds me of the kind my dad would get when I was little...down to earth, hardworking people who are honest and really don’t need your business because everyone wants to go there. It can take a week or so to get an appointment but don’t let that deter you, totally worth it if it can wait. The culture is for you to check in with them at the end of the day to see if the car is done. Make sure if you want a quote before they do the work you specify, in my experience they know what needs to be done and they don’t mess around, they just do what needs to be done. They answer the phone with just a friendly hello, no lines or trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. I trust and have been happy with all the work and pricing.

You may have to get used to their quiet personalities but you will always get great service at a more than fair price. Tom and Charlie have always taken care of my automotive problems. And I would reccemend them to anyone.

Charlie and Tom are the best mechanics around. I will always take my car there because I trust them. As a female i have been ripped off by large car dealerships. Never again.

Told me that my ball joint did not need to be fixed but rather my brakes and I needed an alignment which he could not do. Fast forward a couple months and my ball joint popped, thankfully in a Wegmans parking lot, but I’m pregnant and it could of been very dangerous. If you love walking into a cloud of cigarette smoke and being made to feel stupid for your car concerns, this is the place for you.
