The New Babylon Honda Service & Parts

I have been coming to this service department for about 10 years and I appreciate the quality work, pleasant environment & great service so much! In that time span, I've worked with many different advisors but Vanessa has been my absolute favorite advisor to work with! She's very friendly, caring, accommodating & integral! She's a great communicator & also very knowledgeable! She has helped me so many times with prioritizing/understanding my car needs! If I reach out to her for appts. or questions, she always promptly responsive! Even after my appts., she follows up with me to make sure I am completely satisfied! She truly goes above & beyond to provide a great experience! I'm grateful for her excellent customer service & she is a big part of why I've had so many positive experiences here! I always look forward to working with her! Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience at Babylon Honda. The staff was professional, friendly, and never pushy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected. My service advisor Vincent took the time to answer all my questions and helped me with whatever services i need. Everything was explained clearly with no surprises. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and comfortable. I left feeling confident about the work performed and will definitely recommend Babylon Honda service to family and friends. This service center is great, Vanessa is a great rep, she provides complete explanations of the repair needed, explaining what rhe part is and why it is important to repair at that time. She worked patiently with my work schedule and arranged the repair to be completed in time for planned weekend events. She also makes me aware of upcoming potential maintenance avoiding surprise bills if possible. Highly recommend this service center!!!!

He's very bad this time serviceMy experience was very poor. I was unable to return the car on time due to work-related issues; when I contacted them, they told me they had reported the vehicle as stolen. This was completely unacceptable on their part, especially since I had full insurance coverage for any potential incidents. Furthermore, the service provided at the location where I had the car was terrible: they didn't wash the windows or add washer fluid—leaving the car dirty—and they failed to fix a flat tire or replace the spare. I was extremely dissatisfied; it was a very bad experience overall.

I had my car serviced at Babylon Honda on May 6...my wonderful Vanessa G. took excellent care of me, as usual. The work was done quickly, and all is good! Vanessa explained everything clearly and I left assured my car was given the usual excellent care and service. A great service team all around.
