Unfortunately, this is not our first time using South Bay Collision, as my daughter is still learning to become a better driver and has had a few accidents along the way. In every situation, we’ve brought the car to South Bay, and each experience has been outstanding. Eleanor, the office manager, has been absolutely amazing. On multiple occasions, she comforted and reassured my daughter, helping her relax before having to make the difficult call to her dad. That level of kindness and compassion means more than words can express during stressful situations. Chris is simply the best at what he does in running this facility. Once again, the car came back looking perfect — almost brand new. It was polished, waxed, washed, and absolutely gorgeous. Hopefully we won’t need to see them too often, but when unfortunate situations happen, South Bay Collision somehow turns a stressful experience into a positive one. I had a great experience at South Bay Collision in West Babylon, NY. I stopped in after my taillight was damaged in a hit-and-run, and they took care of it right away. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the lobby was clean and comfortable while I waited. I highly recommend them for anyone needing auto body work and will definitely use them again in the future.
