New little east neck auto

I paid around $8,000 in cash for an engine replacement and other repairs. Shortly after, the vehicle had issues again. Turns out they installed a cracked intake manifold. I was told this part was under warranty, but instead of honoring it, the shop charged me an additional $650. Even after that, the problem was never properly fixed. This felt like one of those shops that “fixes one thing and breaks another” just to keep you coming back and paying more. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They also did not provide proper receipts or detailed documentation, which is a huge red flag. Paying cash made it even worse. I will never return and I strongly advise anyone reading this: • Always demand detailed receipts • Do not rely on trust alone • Be very careful with cash payments Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Very honest shop. Saved me a lot of money. Brought my car there with a blown engine. The boss told me to call the dealer being there was an open recall. He could of lied and charged me to replace the engine for a ton of money. He didn't though. Good business practice would highly recommend!!!
