Mark & Paul Service Station

I am writing this 08/02/24 I went to Mark and Paul's on 08/01/24 to get my lug nuts loosened to change my own breaks. I was recommended for there speed and quality but that is the farthest from the truth here... the mechanic working on my car broke one of my lug nuts when tying to loosen them then tried to drill it off with a drill bit, damaging the lug nut further and destroying the thread of the wheel stud. The mechanic in frustration told Mark about how the same thing happened the day before to another customer. The owner Mark told me to come back the next day to get it taken off (maybe it's my fault for leaving instead of demanding they fix it automatically but I am in my early 20s and I'm sure he took advant of that) The very next morning, 08/02/24 I dropped of the car and he called me and told me the charge was 120$ to fix THEIR mistake. The owners, Mark, justification for charging me was "they were being nice for loosening them and it was not their fault it broke". He was very rude over the phone and in person about it, blaming me for them being too tight and claiming the receptionist should not have allowed it to happen. Even though he was standing there when I first came in and asked to have them loosened. I don't recommend bringing your car here or you may end up like me.

I came here for car service. I approached the front desk lady and she was annoyed that I approached her. Told me to ask the mechanic. I approached the mechanic and he told me to ask the front desk lady. Needless to say, they didn’t like a brown person asking for service. Please stay away from this location. They only service white (Caucasians) anyone else they just goof around until you leave.

They are great! Call Susan, real her your issues, she will get you scheduled, drop it, they'll call with an update, tou say "go ahead" and they call you later for pickup. Do u really need more than that! Just did, O2 sensor and Tires! Went super smooth!

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!! Mark and Paul are honest, respectful guys who take their time and do things the right way. All my family go to them for car repairs. I LOVE Susan at the front desk. She's freaking awesome! Amazing customer service always pleasent. Go here you'll never go anywhere else.

The receptionist was very friendly from the moment you walk in. Made an appointment for an inspection, and Mark discovered two air filters that need to be replaced. I have total confidence in their ability and they were very pleasant and nice. Prices are reasonable definitely be a return customer
