Use to be my go to mechanics for everything, never had anything bad to say about the place. Well after they installed some air bags that went bad in less than a week due to a bad diagnosis and CHRISTIAN doing the work and never getting confirmation from me. I then attempted to get some type of warranty from them being that they did the work and provided the parts. Instead I was disrespected, treated like garbage, threatened and told vey rudely they will not be providing me with any service. Mind you I came in for more work besides the airbags but CHRISTIAN did not want to take responsibility of his bad diagnosis and instead felt the need to act all big & bad like if I’m not the customer and a loyal one at that who just a month ago spent 5k plus with them in just labor. Regardless of these facts, Nobody in that place stood up for me, their business or their reputation. Never will I step foot in this place again and never will I ever refer anyone to this business again. You simply do not talk or treat a loyal customer the way they did. On top of this they illegally charge a fee for debit card transactions and refuse to take accountability for it as they believe it is legal; nor do they care to take the time to research the laws that pertain to them as a business.

Do not bring your truck here. I was charged $1,539 for a high-pressure hose repair on my 7.3L Ford. They claimed the parts were from the dealership to justify the $820 part markup, but they used aftermarket replacements instead. Total rip-off.

Polite respectful and very helpful and affordable true professionals. Having a team of mechanics you could trust is priceless as anyone would know dealing with vehicle repair shops.HK Truck n Trailer thank you

This is hands down the BEST mechanic on Long Island! We went in on Saturday morning for 53ft Reefer hub seal replacement. These guys worked so fast and efficiently!! Trailer hub seal is no longer leaking and working perfectly. Extremely nice people, excellent service and very reasonable rates!! We have 4 tractor trailers - these mechanics will be the only mechanics we will be using going forward!!!! Excellent work. Thank you very much!!!!
