5 stars for the Firestone in West Babylon. Dylan and Anthony were extremely helpful and pleasant from the minute I walked in. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and back on the road safely. Fast service, professional staff, and overall just a great experience. Appreciate the way they handled everything. Definitely coming back!

Jeep wouldn't start today in middle of a huge shopping center parking lot. 1pm Brutally hot out. Spotted a Firestone across the street, and since I thought it might be the starter I called AAA for a tow from the parking lot right over to Firestone. After waiting more than 2 hours the tow truck never came and then I was told I'd have to wait another hour and a half for a different one. Exhausted, tired , sunburned and aggravated, I walked across the hwy to Firestone told them the situation and a technician named Dylan offered to go across the street and see if he could jump it. 5 minutes later he was driving my Jeep into their parking lot. Turned out it didn't need a new starter just a new battery and they were able to fix it before they closed at 6:00 p.m.. I also mentioned the recent ongoing issue with Mavis replacing the complete wrong tire the other day on my Jeep with a cheap one that I didn't order and I was offered a better deal on future tires by Anthony (the new Firestone manager of this location). Was a rough week and today was definitely really stressful, was especially let down by Mavis and AAA within just two days. So I really appreciate the guys here that came through for me in the end- the new manager and the technicians who jumped on the situation and helped me out before they closed. Very professional very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

Wouldn’t let this place work on my bicycle…said my reverse lights didn’t work and wouldn’t pass state inspection. They said the bulbs were fine so they will need to charge me a diagnostic fee to figure out the issue. I opted to take the vehicle home to check out the issue myself which turned out reverse lights worked perfectly fine. This place should not be trusted…

The personnel there are very helpful very patient very pleasant and Jay the manager is a delight to talk to. He explains everything to you and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve had a bad experiences, going to other facilities for my car to be repaired and when I found Firestone in Babylon on Montauk Highway, I have never been more pleased. Any issues I have had they have fixed them immediately and if they could not fix it, they told me so and told me how to get it fixed, which I was very grateful for.

I can't say enough about the service I got today. Jake & Will are the best & I have total confidence in them regarding work on my 2001 PT Cruiser. Although Firestone labor costs are somewhat higher than other local shops, the trust I have in them is worth the price difference. Thank you Jake & Will for making this a good day.
