This is the best shop i been to. Works with you and fixs everything on time. Very reliable and they'll work with you on the budget. Communication is very good as well.. I have a BMW 530i x drive and after they fixed my issues, it runs like brand new again.i highly recommend anybody that have foreign cars to go to Freddy. Especially BMW's..i would never take my BMW anywhere else. Thank you Freddy!!

This is easily the best foreign auto repair shop in New York. Mr. Freddy has taken care of all my family’s cars, and the service is always top-notch. I brought in my E46 Cabriolet, and let me tell you—it drives like it’s brand new now. They’ve done a ton of work on it, like replacing the belt, tie rods, battery, and coolant tank, plus tune-ups (spark plugs) and more. Every time I go in, the work gets done quickly, efficiently, and with real care. They always stick to a schedule that works for me, and the quality of their work is unmatched. I leave the shop feeling confident that my car is in great shape, which is such a relief. The people here make the experience even better. They’re super friendly, always greet you with a smile, and take the time to explain everything without making you feel clueless. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and they never leave you hanging when it comes to understanding what your car needs. I’ve been to other shops before, but none compare to this one. It’s the most polite, helpful, and reliable place I’ve ever been. By far the best repair shop for foreign vehicles on Long Island. Had a rebuilt engine put into my 330i. The car drives seemlessly. Good work and good people. Mr. Freddy really helped me out by expediting the process. Highly recommend!!!

Brought my m340i here recently to get the fluids serviced. Freddy was quick to make an appointment and get everything needed. He would send videos at different points during the day to show the progress on the car too, which was really awesome. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. Awesome shop and will definitely be returning again.
