Customer service is outstanding. Mike and Tyler were very informative, kind and accommodating. My car had its engine light on, so I was anxious to get it in, as I didn’t want to get stuck on the road or cause more damage. I also would need a loaner car. Mike, service manager got things worked out and Tyler was very patient with me. Thank you, West Herr, Webster for being such a good team. It meant a lot to me. Deb

For the most part my experience was good. People who work at West Herr are friendly and helpful. I was told when I made the appointment it would be about an hour, so I decided to wait and it was 2 hours. A little frustrating when I planned my work schedule around appointment time. When I left my car road terrible and was shaking, which it had never done so I had to go back on Friday. Staff were very helpful, dropped me off at my house and delivered my car later in the day. I feel if they took the necessary steps the first visit I would not have had to go back. I felt for me time wasted.

They worked with the warranty company to cover the timing belt replacement. Peter was fantastic and communicated well throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!

They took the time to thoroughly diagnose multiple issues with my vehicle and clearly explained what was going on every step of the way. The communication was consistent, and they worked directly with my warranty company to get major repairs approved without delays. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I felt confident in the quality of the work. Highly recommend their service department if you want things done right.
View on GoogleMy car was brought in for a recall after setting up the appointment and giving them the correct address 3 times which was my place of employment they still went to the wrong address. When they finally came to the correct address to take my car for service they told me I would get a car when my car was going to be dropped off. I goggled what time the service center closes because I still hadn’t received a call about my car and my shift was soon to end. It said service center was closed but customer service was still open. So i called and they had no idea what was going on with my car or where my keys were located. I explained to them that I was stuck at work because I was told my car would be dropped off before service closed. They explained that a manager would call me back which i didn’t receive a call and it was close to the customer service department closing so i found a ride there in which i brought my spare key just in case i was told again that they couldn’t find my key. After about 20-30 minutes they finally found my car and located my car. As im driving home my car just doesn’t feel right and it didn’t feel like that before they picked it up.Two days later i received a call from the manager/ supervisor and i expressed what happened and that my car doesn’t feel right. He told me they can check it out but of course now i don’t trust taking my car back so i took it to a mechanic in which he tells me what needs to be fixed. Coincidentally it was exactly what they call me to tell me was going to eventually need fixing and I declined to have it fixed with them at that moment due to the amount it was going to cost. The manager/ supervisor offered me a gift card of my choice and we left the conversation at that. I NEVER received the gift card and it’s been 2 months now. I will never service my car at this location again bad experience. I have had my car for about 8 months at that time from ford dealership and ever since they touched it things are going wrong like my radio and A/C when everything was working properly before they received it. I really feel like that’s why I wasn’t called because there was somethings that need to be finished or adjusted before giving it back.
